These terms govern lebcoder.com, its portal, demos, and requests. A signed proposal, quotation, statement of work, or support agreement may add project-specific terms and controls if there is a conflict.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, probe security, upload unlawful or malicious content, disrupt users, scrape protected data, or use demos as production systems.

Demos, estimates, and requests

Demos use fictional data and are for evaluation. Displayed prices and generated estimates are starting guidance unless expressly identified as final. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement or guarantee availability.

Projects and delivery

Paid work begins after scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule, acceptance, and any deposit are agreed. Dates depend on timely client content, access, approvals, and feedback. Material changes may require a revised quotation.

Client responsibilities

You confirm authority to provide all supplied content, data, accounts, systems, and instructions. You remain responsible for lawful operations, taxes, regulatory duties, privacy notices, and business decisions.

Payments and cancellation

Currency, milestones, due dates, cancellation, and refunds are stated in the accepted quotation. Completed work, reserved time, licenses, domains, hosting, and third-party fees may be non-refundable where lawful.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, reusable code, open-source components, media, templates, and third-party services retain their applicable ownership and licenses. Custom-deliverable rights transfer only as agreed and after required payment.

Support and third parties

Support, maintenance, backups, hosting, and service commitments apply only when agreed in writing. LebCoder is not responsible for matters controlled by third parties but will offer reasonable help within scope.

Liability and governing law

Services are performed with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses are excluded and liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service. These terms are governed by Lebanese law and disputes fall under competent Lebanese courts after good-faith resolution efforts.
