This policy explains how LebCoder, operated by Saleh Awayda in Tripoli, Lebanon, handles personal information through lebcoder.com, its customer portal, and related subdomains.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, telephone number, account credentials in hashed form, company details, project requirements, quotations, appointment details, messages, uploaded files, service history, IP address, device information, security logs, and consent preferences. Payment-card details should only be entered on an approved payment provider's secure page and are not intentionally stored by LebCoder.

Why we use it

Information is used to secure accounts, answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver and improve services, manage appointments and projects, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Sharing and international services

Personal information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, payment, communications, backup, security, or professional providers as needed. Some providers may process data outside Lebanon.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, disputes, and legal duties, then deleted, anonymized, or securely archived. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted connections, rate limits, logging, and backups, but no online system is risk-free.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, or account closure. Some records may be retained for security, contractual, accounting, or legal reasons, and identity verification may be required.
